Assists the Township Clerk in performing specialized clerical and administrative work in the maintaining of official Township records; assisting in voter registration and all aspects of administration of elections; preparing meeting agendas and materials for various Boards and Commissions, including Township Board; able to attend monthly meetings, taking and transcribing minutes; acting on behalf of the Township Clerk in his/her absence; and performing related work as required.
